{"id":257,"date":"2009-08-13T13:57:02","date_gmt":"2009-08-13T13:57:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alegeliber.md\/?p=257"},"modified":"2010-09-05T09:23:17","modified_gmt":"2010-09-05T09:23:17","slug":"organizatia-pentru-securitate-si-cooperare-in-europa-osce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/en\/organizatia-pentru-securitate-si-cooperare-in-europa-osce-257.html","title":{"rendered":"OSCE Mission to Moldova"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.osce.org\/moldova\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-539\" title=\"logo osce\" src=\"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/logo-osce-200x53.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"53\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/logo-osce-200x53.png 200w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/logo-osce-100x26.png 100w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/logo-osce.png 249w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>The primary objective of the OSCE Mission to Moldova, which was  established in February 1993, is to facilitate the achievement of a  lasting, comprehensive political settlement of the Transdniestrian  conflict in all its aspects.<\/p>\n<p>The Mission&#8217;s activities consist of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>facilitating the establishment of a comprehensive political  framework for dialogue and negotiations and assisting the parties to the  conflict in pursuing negotiations on a lasting political settlement of  the conflict, consolidating the independence and sovereignty of the  Republic of Moldova along with an understanding about a special status  for the Transdniestrian region;<\/li>\n<li>gathering and providing information on the situation in the  region, including the military situation, investigating specific  incidents and assessing their political implications;<\/li>\n<li>encouraging the participating States concerned in pursuing  negotiations on an agreement on the status and the early, orderly and  complete withdrawal of foreign troops;<\/li>\n<li>providing advice and expertise, as well as a framework for other  contributions, on human and minority rights, democratic transformation,  repatriation of refugees, and the definition of a special status of the  Transdniestrian region;<\/li>\n<li>initiating a visible OSCE presence in the region and establishing  contacts with all parties to the conflict, local authorities and  population.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fore more information <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eurasia.md\/\">http:\/\/www.osce.org\/moldova\/<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The primary objective of the OSCE Mission to Moldova, which was established in February 1993, is to facilitate the achievement of a lasting, comprehensive political settlement of the Transdniestrian conflict in all its aspects.
