During the meeting, the members of the Council approved the appointment of the Association for Participatory Democracy &#8220;ADEPT&#8221; as the organization that will hold the Coalition Secretariat for the next four-year term. Elena Prohni\u021bchi was approved as Coalition Secretary.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3741\" src=\"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat1-200x139.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"139\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat1-200x139.jpg 200w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat1-1024x714.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat1-100x70.jpg 100w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat1-768x535.jpg 768w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat1-1536x1070.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat1.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Secretariat is the executive body of the Coalition that shall be held by a member organization of the Coalition Council. The mandate of the Secretariat is for 4 years, with the possibility of holding several consecutive terms. The Secretariat shall ensure the implementation of the Coalition Council\u2019s decisions; perform tasks related to the internal activities of the Coalition, as well as to the external representation of the Coalition.<\/p>\n<p>The Association ADEPT held the Coalition Secretariat until January 30, 2022, when it ended its mandate. According to the Coalition&#8217;s Rules of Procedure, the members of the Council must approve the organization that will ensure the functioning of the Coalition Secretariat for the next four-year term. The Association ADEPT candidacy was the only one proposed by the members of the Council, being unanimously supported. Elena Prohni\u021bchi was re-elected as Secretary of the Coalition.<\/p>\n<p>Co-elected Secretary of the Coalition, Elena Prohni\u021bchi thanked for the appreciation and added that the Secretariat intends to develop a strategy for the coming years that aims to strengthen the capacity of Coalition members and increase the Coalition visibility.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3742\" src=\"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat2-200x110.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"110\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat2-200x110.jpg 200w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat2-1024x565.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat2-100x55.jpg 100w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat2-768x424.jpg 768w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat2-1536x847.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/de-postat2.jpg 1691w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>At the Council meeting, 6 of the 10 members of the Council participated, respectively the meeting was deliberative.
