We have demonstrated that the voice of civil society can positively influence electoral integrity through monitoring, objective analysis, and strategic dialogue with authorities and international partners,&#8221; stated Polina Panainte, Secretary of CALC.<\/p>\n<p>The 2024 Activity Report of CALC\u2019s Secretariat was unanimously approved by all members present at the event.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4192\" src=\"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/5-1024x547.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"678\" height=\"362\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/5-1024x547.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/5-200x107.jpg 200w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/5-100x53.jpg 100w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/5-768x410.jpg 768w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/5-1536x820.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/5.jpg 1815w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 678px) 100vw, 678px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Another key topic of the event was the presentation by the CALC organizations of the activities conducted in 2024 within working groups, including the full spectrum of aspects involved in the organization and conduct of the electoral process, the challenges encountered in monitoring electoral processes and media behavior, as well as the lessons learned.<\/p>\n<p>Present at the Assembly, Andrei Brighidin, Director of Evaluation and Development at the East European Foundation (EEF), emphasized: &#8220;EEF has a vested interest in elections, and the information gathered at this event will help shape the terms of reference and support for the 2025 elections. We will continue to support the Coalition in its initiatives, strengthening the capacity of member organizations and promoting the integrity of democratic processes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/11.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4193\" src=\"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/11-1024x585.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"678\" height=\"387\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/11-1024x585.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/11-200x114.jpg 200w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/11-100x57.jpg 100w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/11-768x439.jpg 768w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/11-1536x878.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/alegeliber.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/11.jpg 1540w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 678px) 100vw, 678px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A key item on the agenda was the presentation by member organizations of the planned initiatives for the electoral year 2025, which include monitoring activities, information campaigns, civic education, training sessions, research, and partnerships with public institutions. \u201cWe need to adapt not only in terms of monitoring but also in terms of civic\/electoral education.
