The publication comes at a critical time \u2014 ahead of the 2025 parliamentary elections \u2014 when the quality of public information is essential to ensure fair and informed participation.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">Key findings include:<\/div>\n<ul data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"1002\">\n<li>\n<div role=\"presentation\">Only 12% of media outlets have clear internal policies on the ethical use of artificial intelligence, even though 67% already use AI-based tools.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div role=\"presentation\">84% of institutions report unfair competition in the sector, and 75% signal conflicts of interest.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div role=\"presentation\">60% say their revenues do not cover expenses, and the lack of qualified staff remains a widespread issue.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div role=\"presentation\">Access to professional training is uneven, with technical and administrative staff receiving the least support.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">These challenges have a direct impact on the integrity of information during elections, when the risk of manipulation and disinformation is high.
